Libra IT just gets IT and we strive everyday to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Happy customers mean referrals and that is exactly how Libra IT has grown since inception in early 2000.
The Backstory
Servicing the Woodbridge area initially Libra IT got its footing with an accounting firm in 1999 of about 65 users. That was the 1st client ever, supported by Libra IT for 20 years until they got acquired by a Global company.
Next came a Law firm referral of 85 users supported for 20 years till the partners started retiring and they dissolved their firm. Then came hotel builds and more law firms and accounting firms and when Manufacturing and construction knocked at the door we said why not?
The passion is evident in completing everyday tasks but pioneering and leading with industry buzzwords such as Scalable, Transformation, Roadmap, Solutions.
IT is IT, legacy systems and antiquated hardware gave way to stronger vendor partnerships and Libra IT leveraged the best hardware and tools for building and maintaining critical systems. Thus, driving the word proactive forward.
Todays Story
As the client base grew these familiar and now on trend buzzwords created a buzz around Woodbridge, Vaughan, Mississauga, Oakville etc. Who were these people Afterall who were and continue to build out scalable not over the top solutions designed with your budget in mind and can hold your hand, so you understand what you are buying and how it works.
Managed Services wasn’t really a thing in early 2000s but Libra IT managed to help industry peers understand what the model looked like. Libra IT invested in cutting edge tools and partnerships early on to have the ability to provide SPEEDY time to resolution for our clients.

Complete IT service isn’t just about technology. It means we show up when needed. Tenacity and boots on the ground has helped Libra IT carve its niche in this highly competitive industry. The CEO Peter Cambouris has a few core values that has never changed since inception. Get IT done and Get IT done right. “You don’t need 20 technicians to do 1 experience techs job.” Peter has mentored many a technician who came in with no IT experience and grew to shadow him and eventually open their own IT firms.
